    Board-Certified Interventional Pulmonologist/Critical Care Physician

    City of Hope, a nationally recognized network of cancer hospitals and outpatient centers, is seeking an exceptional Board-Certified Interventional Pulmonologist/Critical Care physician to join our team in Zion, IL (north of Chicago).     Job Description

    • Our licensed 73-bed cancer center, located in Zion, IL, also has outpatient clinics in Morton Grove and downtown Chicago.
    • Clinical responsibilities include providing and supervising patient care in both the outpatient clinic and inpatient services at the Zion campus.
    • Academic appointments will be offered commensurate with experience and training.
    • The successful candidate will join an experienced Interventional Pulmonary & Critical Care physician and collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
    • The position follows a 7-on / 7-off day-shift schedule, with minimal overnight coverage.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Includes a highly competitive salary, signing bonus, relocation assistance, and productivity/performance incentives.
    • Base salary range: $400K-$450K. The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation will be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors.
    • Comprehensive benefits include medical/dental/vision plans, health savings/flexible spending accounts, disability, long-term care, life and AD&D, 401(k) retirement plan, PTO paid plan, paid malpractice coverage, and professional expense reimbursement.

    Requirements

    • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
    • Successful completion of an Internal Medicine residency & fellowship training in Pulmonary/Critical Care. Additional certification and training in Interventional Pulmonology is helpful.
    • Board Certification: Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
    • Must have or be eligible to obtain an Illinois Medical License prior to starting date.
