Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics
• Prescribe and monitor medications
• Participate in occasional inpatient diabetes consults (with protected time)

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner (Family or Adult APRN certified)
• Endocrinology experience preferred
• Skilled in managing diabetes therapies including insulin pumps, CGMs, and basal/bolus regimens
• Comfortable collaborating with physicians and managing chronic conditions
