Job Description

• Being the primary point of contact for doctors to communicate with the lab
• Coordinating and communicating daily with our dental technicians to allow for the ideal flow of cases in and out of the lab
• Managing the influx and outflux of dental cases
• Equipment cleaning and maintenance
• Inspecting incoming cases for accuracy or quality
• Tracking the lab cases throughout the digital workflow
• Learning and performing laboratory duties such as:
  • Designing dental cases
  • Sintering, staining, and glazing fixed dental restorations
  • Pouring and trimming models
  • Management for the 3D printing ecosystem
  • Fabricating retainers and night guards
  • Fabrication of wax rims, custom trays, and dentures
• Maintaining computer system records
• Managing the hardware and software used in the dental laboratory, including handling technical support and maintenance issues
