Job Description

• Graduated from an accredited school
• Must be able to obtain Alabama Licensure
• Clean record (nothing that will hinder ability to practice i.e revoked or suspended license, CSC or DEA)
• Must have CSC and DEA (because he or she will have to write prescriptions)
• CPR Certified
• Full-time Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm)
• See some children (most will go to a pediatric dentist)
• Currently working or previously worked on an electronic patient management system (we are on Epic)
• Must be computer literate (we do not have scribes)
• See 20+ patients per day (walk-ins/appointments)
• Must be able to obtain Medicare, BC, and Medicaid numbers
• May have to work at another location within the Quality of Life Network
