Associate Dentist

A growing dental practice in a welcoming small-town community in Westphalia, MO is seeking a full-time associate dentist. We are looking for a motivated and skilled clinician who aligns with the practice's philosophy of comprehensive general dentistry.

This role offers unique opportunities to gain hands-on experience in implant placement, full-arch surgery, and both removable and fixed prosthetics. Job Description

• Full-time schedule, Monday through Thursday

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive production-based pay: 30% on the first $500,000 collected, 35% on collections thereafter
• Guaranteed minimum salary: $200,000
• Health insurance provided
• Malpractice coverage provided by associate
• Additional benefits and terms are negotiable
