Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for our Diabetes Care Center. While experience in diabetes management is preferred, passionate candidates with a strong interest in this specialty are encouraged to apply.

Job Description

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Provide comprehensive care, education, and support to individuals with diabetes, pre-diabetes, and those focusing on diabetes prevention.
• Deliver medical care and guidance to empower patients in diabetes self-management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including 2 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners, to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
