    A mission-driven, federally qualified health center in Northern California is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its vibrant outpatient clinic. This is a full-time position focused on delivering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a community-centered, team-based environment.

    Job Description

    • Monday to Friday schedule (no inpatient or call responsibilities)
    • Candidates must hold an active California license at the time of application

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Annual salary range: $120,956 - $157,243, based on experience
