A thriving dental group in Baton Rouge is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with 100% Pediatric Experience to join their team. This is a volume-driven practice that serves a predominantly Medicaid patient base (90%), focusing on providing high-quality care for children up to age 21.

Job Description

• Full-time (5 days/week, 8 AM - 5 PM) or part-time (3-4 days/week) options available.
• Work within a small group of experienced dentists in a collaborative setting.
• Two employment models:
  • Employed: Percentage of production with full malpractice coverage & benefits (negotiable based on experience).
  • Contracted: Higher percentage of production but responsible for own expenses.
• Patient-centered approach: The group prioritizes patient care and is looking for providers who genuinely care about treating children, rather than being solely production-driven.

Requirements

• Pediatric Dentist preferred, but General Dentists with strong pediatric experience are encouraged to apply.
• Passionate about working with children and providing high-quality, ethical care.
• Comfortable in a high-volume environment.
