Job Title: Medical Services Provider

Location: Pendleton, Oregon

Job Description:

• Provide medical services and contribute to the design and delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, values-based patient care.
• Obtain a comprehensive general health history.
• Provide OB/GYN medical services within the scope of licensure and credentialing.
• Screen for health risks and health promotion needs.
• Perform comprehensive and problem-focused physical examinations.
• Identify deviations from normal findings and order or perform screening and diagnostic tests.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret screening and diagnostic tests.
• Develop and analyze differential diagnoses based on clinical and laboratory data.
• Diagnose gynecologic, obstetric, reproductive, and common non-gynecologic primary care health conditions.
• Develop a plan of care based on assessment findings and diagnoses.
• Provide health promotion, disease prevention education, counseling, and anticipatory guidance.
• Prescribe pharmacologic and initiate non-pharmacologic therapies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and participate in care coordination.
• Actively participate in the development and execution of clinic policies.
• Participate in committees and performance improvement initiatives.
• Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory agency standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited medical program recognized as license eligible for the Oregon State Medical Board.
• Current Oregon State Licensure.
• Current AHA BLS Certification.
• Certifications as required by Medical Staff Credentialing/Bylaws.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of clinic/hospital practices and equipment use.
• Skill in communicating with patients and their families or caregivers.
• Ability to write and/or dictate reports and correspondences.

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $196.27 - $250.42/hour
