Job Description

• Collaborate with department Directors to shape and steer operational activities, ensuring both financial and operational objectives are achieved in alignment with network goals.
• Coordinate operations within the Specialty Pharmacy.
• Support the delivery of safe, effective, and cost-efficient medications for patients in the specialty area.
• Engage in educational activities and contribute to guideline/policy development and implementation.
• Lead operational workflow improvements and performance enhancement initiatives.
• Foster professional development and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree: Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent advanced degree in pharmacy (Required).
• 5+ years: Successful completion of an ASHP accredited Pharmacy PGY1 Residency and PGY2 Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience. Experience with QA/QI processes preferred.
• Certified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP) credential (Preferred).
