Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital, part of the Lutheran Health Network, is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician to join our outpatient team in Warsaw, Indiana, just outside of Fort Wayne.

Job Description

• 100% outpatient primary care
• Hospital employed position
• Joining a well-established clinic with a team of experienced primary care physicians, specialists, and advanced practice providers
• In network access to sub specialty and tertiary care
• Supportive, collaborative physician and hospital leadership structure
• Evaluate and treat a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice
• No ER call
• Clinics have a strong community reputation with a loyal patient base
• Access to a full range of specialists within the healthcare system

• Full-time employment (no locums)
• Must be board-certified and have completed U.S. residency training
