    Job Description

    • We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Otolaryngologist to join our MountainView Regional team in southern New Mexico. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong practice having both clinical impact and academic involvement.
    • Hospital-employed position, with support, systems, and infrastructure in place
    • Quick ramp-up opportunity with immediate access to referral networks in a 300K+ service area
    • New graduates or experienced physicians welcomed

    Requirements

    • MD or DO degree
    • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
    • Ability to secure hospital privileges in NM
    • Excellent clinical skills, professionalism, strong communication

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Interest or experience in academic medicine/teaching
    • Broad experience in ENT surgical procedures and outpatient/inpatient scope
    • Comfort working in a high-volume setting
    • Ability to function well in a team-based environment
