• Willing to wait for license
• BC required
• Call, weekend call
• 6 - 8 patients per day, 3 - 4 patients per week in clinic
• Esophagogastroduodenoscopy with biopsies, colonoscopy with biopsies and polypectomy
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
