Job Description

• 4 days in office, 1 day working from home
• Lifestyle-focused practice, not production-based
• 16 - 18 patients per day
• Virtual team handles call responsibilities
• Outpatient setting only
• Board certification required
• Must have 2 years outpatient experience
• DEA license required
