Job Description

• Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule; 1:8 call (evenings and weekends)
• Ideal for provider comfortable working solo
• Fellowship required
• 15 patients per day average in clinic
• Hospital-employed position
• Sign-on bonus, full insurance benefits, and relocation assistance offered
• Position qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• CME time and 5 - 6 weeks of vacation time provided
