Job Description

• Monday - Friday 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• 30 productivity units required per day
• Home health care setting
• EMR: Homecare Homebase
• OASIS experience required
• On-call availability if requested
• 1 year minimum home health experience required
• Serves patients of all age groups

Compensation

From $1820.00 to $3000.00 weekly per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
