Job Description

• Monday - Friday schedule with guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 26 points per week caseload
• Practice setting combines home health and outpatient care in senior living facilities
• On-site outpatient gyms available for treatment
• EMR: HCHB
• Home health and outpatient experience preferred
• We provide complimentary housing and travel

Compensation

From $1820.00 to $3000.00 weekly per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
