Practice family medicine in the heart of Alaska. Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a 14-provider team in the largest and most comprehensive locally owned clinic in the state.

This is an opportunity to practice full-spectrum family medicine within a collaborative, highly experienced team in a setting that encourages hands-on care, strong relationships, and community impact.

Job Description

• Patient panel: Full-scope care from newborns to end-of-life; average of 18 patients per day
• Work schedule: 32 patient-facing hours and 8 admin hours per week
• Time off: 7 weeks ATO + 2 weeks CME
• Team support: Physicians, APPs, RNs, MAs, virtual scribes, pharmacists, and dedicated admin staff
• Compensation:
  • $300K guaranteed base salary (year one)
  • $350K - $400K average annual compensation (base + productivity)
  • $65K sign-on bonus
  • $10K annual physician quality incentive
• CME: $5,000 annual allowance + licensure and credentialing reimbursement
• Additional perks: 90 days of temporary housing for relocating providers
