Join our team in Cape Coral, FL, located in the beautiful Gulf Coast region. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with ongoing coverage through the end of the year.

Job Description

• Daily 24-hour inpatient call (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM)
• Minimum 1 full week/month of coverage
• Nightly or every other night call (varies by site)
• One location per day with no mid-day travel; flexibility across sites preferred
• Inpatient GI hospitalist coverage
• Consults, follow-ups, and procedures (scopes)
• Patient volume: patients/day

Requirements

• Active FL Medical License
• Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Clean NPDB and background
• Must meet procedure log thresholds:
  • 50 inpatient/consult patients in past 12 months
  • Documented ERCP experience

Required Procedures

• Colonoscopy
• Endoscopy
• ERCP required
• EUS preferred (minimum 24 EUS in last 36 months including mucosal/submucosal, pancreaticobiliary, FNA)

• Advanced Practice Providers
• Fully staffed endoscopy unit
• General hospital support
