Radiologist/Diagnostic Radiologist

Join our team in Cooperstown, NY, starting October 6 and continuing on an ongoing basis. We are seeking a locums Radiologist/Diagnostic Radiologist to provide essential services in our facility.

Job Description

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No call responsibilities
• Standard departmental coverage
• Average number of patients: 70-100 per day depending on the type of mixture
• Perform a variety of radiology studies including CT, ultrasound (including OB), MRI, and plain films; some days may focus on one category more than others

Requirements

• Required Certification: ABR (American Board of Radiology)
• Active NY State License
• Familiarity with EMR: EPIC
• Experience with Imaging Systems: McKesson PACS
• Proficient in dictation using Nuance Powerscribe 360 Voice Recognition

Preferred Candidate

A Diagnostic Radiologist who is comfortable performing screening, diagnostic, and biopsy mammograms (one week per month).
