Job Description

• Our client offers a fast-paced, high-acuity, "ED-light" setting that combines the variety of emergency medicine with the predictability of outpatient care.
• As a walk-in clinic, we treat a wide spectrum of cases including minor trauma, orthopedic injuries, acute illness, chronic condition flare-ups, and pediatric complaints.
• With onsite radiology, a full lab, and access to advanced imaging services, our providers are well-equipped to offer timely, comprehensive care to the community.

Requirements

• Schedule: Three 12-hour in-person shifts/week and one telemedicine shift/week
• No on-call duties
• 156 shifts/year
• 7 weeks ATO + 2 weeks CME

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $260,000
• Average Annual Total Compensation: $345,000 (base + production bonuses)
• Sign-On Bonus: $65,000
• Annual Quality Incentive Bonus: $10,000
• Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), CME stipend, and malpractice coverage

Patient Panel

• See approximately 30 patients/day
• Age range: 2 days old to 99 years
• Diverse and interesting cases daily
