Registered Nurse (RN), Transitional Care PRN/Hourly

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Transitional Care Unit (TCU), a 30-bed short-term skilled hospital-based rehab unit. This position offers variable 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends, providing an opportunity to help patients recover and return home safely.

Job Description

• Provide daily nursing ADL care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to patients.
• Assist patients with acute and chronic illnesses to stabilize and regain strength.
• Collaborate with a combination of licensed and unlicensed staff each shift according to patient census.

Requirements

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• CPR certification.
• Two years of nursing experience preferred.
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.
