Are you a passionate food service professional with a heart for seniors? We're looking for an experienced Dietary Manager to lead the dietary operations at a respected nursing facility in the area.

Job Description

• Oversee daily dietary services, ensuring meals meet nutritional standards and resident preferences
• Manage inventory, food ordering, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Supervise and schedule dietary staff, promoting a positive team environment
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to support resident care plans

Requirements

• Previous experience in a dietary leadership role, preferably in long-term care or healthcare
• Knowledge of dietary regulations (including state and federal requirements)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred but not required
