Director of Nursing

We are a leader and preferred provider for long-term skilled nursing care, assisted living, and memory care. We provide spacious, comfortable accommodations with ample recreational areas in a tranquil setting. Residents are provided engaging activities as well as life-affirming, supportive, and loving care. We are looking to add a compassionate caring Director of Nursing to help oversee our senior care services.

Job Description

• Oversee the nursing department in the coordination of care, quality of interventions and outcomes, and financial management of clinical services
• Interact with each department within the facility and lead, motivate, educate, and mentor licensed and certified staff

Requirements

• Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care
• Current CPR certification
• Prefer, as a minimum, two (2) years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing home, or other related health care facility
