Job Description

• Conduct patient consultations and assessments to diagnose spine conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Perform surgical procedures to correct spine disorders and injuries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including interventional pain specialists and other healthcare professionals.
• Stay current with advancements in spine surgery techniques and technologies.

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine.
• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.
• Fellowship training in Spine Surgery preferred.
• Valid medical license in the state of Virginia (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Information

$500,000.00 / Annually - $1,500,000.00 / Annually. Partnership after three years, pay commensurate to production.
