    Join our dynamic team as a Physician in our Downtown Baltimore Clinic. This position offers the opportunity to provide medical services to adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients, focusing on the unique needs of homeless individuals at both outreach and clinic sites.

    Job Description

    • Effectively provide clinical services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and referral.
    • Provide quality chronic, preventive, acute, and outreach care based on established standards of care.
    • Actively participate on an integrated, multidisciplinary team to develop and implement an integrated treatment plan, considering individual or family social needs, and contribute to interdisciplinary case conferences on an ongoing basis.
    • Accurately complete documentation of services in the electronic medical record.
    • Model and reinforce the core values of dignity, authenticity, hope, justice, passion, and balance.
    • Protect clients' personal health information by maintaining compliance with HIPAA and other relevant health care-related IT security regulations.
    • Perform other duties on an as-needed basis.

    Requirements

    • Graduate of an accredited school of medicine.
    • Possesses a registered physician's license in Maryland.
    • Possesses CDS and DEA licenses.
    • BLS CPR certification.
    • 1-2 years of direct clinical care experience, preferably working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical setting.
    • Experience in a community or public health setting working with the underserved is preferred.
    • Comfortable working with homeless and/or low-income individuals and families.
