Interventional Radiologist

Join our team as an Interventional Radiologist, where you will be responsible for general diagnostic readings and interventional radiology. This position requires proficiency across all modalities including plain film, fluoroscopy, MRI, CT, and ultrasound.

Job Description

• Perform general diagnostic readings and interventional radiology procedures.
• Provide coverage Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, including call and weekend call (IR/DX).
• Be on call from 5 PM to 8 AM Friday through Thursday, with 24-hour coverage on weekends.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 shifts per month in an inpatient setting.
• Manage a daily volume of 70% interventional radiology and 30% diagnostic.
• Utilize Powerscribe 360/Connect as the EMR type.

Requirements

• Must be board certified.
• Must have an MD license.
• Privileges take 60-90 days to obtain.
