**Family Medicine Physician**

We are seeking a Family Medicine physician for a position located west of Los Angeles in Fillmore. This opportunity is available for a duration of 3 months, with an immediate start date.

**Job Description**

- Patient volume of 3 to 4 patients per hour
- Staffing includes 2 front office staff, 2 medical assistants, and 1 licensed vocational nurse
- Utilize Next Gen EMR system
- All-inclusive rates offered
- Must be board-certified in Family Medicine
- Provide care for patients of all ages
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with one late shift per week from 11 AM to 8 PM on either Monday or Thursday
- Two-part interview process
