Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Join our dynamic team as a healthcare provider in a community health setting. This position involves floating between the West clinic and Express Care, providing care to a diverse patient population.

Job Description

• Manage 18-21 patients per day (PPD)
• Provide care for all ages
• Float locations only between West clinic and Express Care
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required
• IUD insertion and/or suboxone injection experience is a plus, not required
• Work 40 hours per week as needed (4x10 or 5x8 M-F)
• Medical Director Dr. Mendez will oversee the locum
• Utilize EMR: EPIC
• Experience in prior community health settings is highly desired
• Handle bread and butter community health cases
• Highly prefer local candidates, as this assignment may extend longer
• Open to travel and lodging for the right candidate
