**Job Description**

- Full-time position from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Ongoing opportunity with an ASAP start
- Open to Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP), Family Physician Assistants (FPA), or Family Physicians (FP)
- Requires 2 years of experience in primary care
- Manage 20-25 patients per day
- Conduct basic primary care sick and well visits
- Must be able to see patients of all ages, excluding newborns
- Experience with EMR: Advanced Data Systems (ADS)
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid is a significant plus
