**Job Description**

- 3-5 Physicians needed to split between the locations
- Board-certified Family Practice or Emergency Medicine - will not take Internal Medicine
- Must have DOT certification or be willing to obtain it
- Shifts are from 8 AM to 8 PM
- 8+ shifts per month
- 10-week credentialing can be a bit faster, can also be slower
- Experience with EPIC is required
- Must be comfortable working solo
- Full support staff available
- Radiology on site
- Approximately 4-5 patients per hour
- Ideally starting in November for ongoing coverage (2-3 months to start)
