We are searching for a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient position in Bethel, Alaska.

Job Description

• Salary range of $250,000 to $300,000
• Starting salary for a three-year contract with retention and annual performance bonuses:
  • Guaranteed base annual salary of $250,848
  • Retention bonus: Years 1 & 2 at 7% ($17,559.36), Year 3 at 9.1% ($22,827.17)
  • Annual performance bonus of $60,000 (paid out quarterly)
• Sign-on bonus of $50,000 for a three-year contract
• Relocation incentive: Individual relocation $15,000; Family relocation $20,000
