Primary Care Physician

Join our team as a Primary Care Physician with an emphasis on Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, catering exclusively to adult patients.

Job Description

• This is a full-time position, structured within a 4.5-day workweek, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The arrangement can be flexible if necessary.
• The office is closed on weekends and major holidays to prioritize and maintain work-life balance.
• Manage 2 new or 3 established patients per hour.
• On-call responsibilities involve phone calls only; calls are minimal and light.
• We manage both chronic diseases and acute illnesses, with an emphasis on preventive care.
• We utilize EClinicalWorks as our EMR system and Medical Dragon One for dictation to ensure an optimized and efficient workflow.

Requirements

• Candidates must have ties to the area and be seeking long-term employment.
• Established physicians must be board certified. Current residents must be board eligible and secure certification before commencing work.
• Essential qualities include demonstrated bedside manners, excellent customer service skills, flexibility, and compassion.
• Strong knowledge of ICD codes and adherence to E/M coding guidelines are essential.
