Primary Care Physician

Conviva Care Centers, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is seeking a primary care physician for our clinic in El Paso, Texas. You have the opportunity to take a hands-on approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and looking beyond to understand how social determinants of health are impacting health outcomes. We have a unique care model that sets us apart for patients and providers. We are experts in senior-focused primary care with a multidisciplinary approach.

Job Description

• Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm; no weekends, and 8 paid holidays off
• Join an experienced team with an established patient panel
• See 10-12 patients per day. Opportunity to spend more time with patients
• Longer authorized appointments (45 minutes)
• Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient-facing time and general administrative time (charting, meetings, etc.) as it relates to direct patient care

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)
• Current, unrestricted DEA license

Total compensation package (base pay + bonus) could exceed $300K depending on experience and location.
