We are hiring a full-time Primary Care Physician in the Erie, PA area. We work as a team to help seniors stay safe, healthy, and independent in their homes and communities. We are a premier healthcare provider striving to provide patient care beyond the traditional boundaries of medical insurance plans.

Job Description

• Provide direct primary medical care to all participants of the PACE program model
• Work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Requirements

• MD/DO
• PA medical license
• Passion for the frail and elderly population
• Proven clinical abilities
• Driver's license
