Pediatrician Outpatient Clinic (San Antonio, TX)

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care to a diverse patient population from birth through adolescence
• Conduct well-child exams, immunizations, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Collaborate with an integrated care team including nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health, and other specialists
• Document patient visits and maintain accurate medical records in the electronic health record (EHR) system
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic meetings as needed

Schedule Options

• Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Part-Time: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Flexible arrangements available to suit provider needs)

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary up to $235,000
• Performance bonuses

Requirements

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency Program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice medicine in Texas
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Passion for serving underserved and diverse populations
