Home Health Physical Therapist

As a home health physical therapist, you'll provide PT services to help patients regain their health and mobility. Working at patients' homes, you'll assess their mobility, strength, and function, develop treatment plans, maintain records, and provide patient education. You'll play a critical role in helping patients develop strength, reduce pain, and improve function.

Job Description

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes
• Assess patients' mobility, strength, and function
• Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Educate patients on exercises and techniques to improve their health

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent experience in a home health setting
• Degree in a relevant field
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Current state/compact license
