    Physical Therapist

    As a skilled nursing facility physical therapist, you'll provide PT services to help patients regain their health and mobility. Working at a skilled nursing facility, you'll assess patients' mobility, strength, and function, develop treatment plans, maintain records, and provide patient and family education. You'll play a critical role in helping individuals develop strength, reduce pain, and improve function.

    Job Description

    • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
    • Assess patients' mobility, strength, and function

    • Maintain accurate patient records
    • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and progress

    Requirements

    • At least 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing setting
    • Degree in a relevant field
    • BLS Certification (AHA)
    • Current state/compact license
