Job Description

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages at multiple Tucson locations, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Perform routine physical exams, screenings, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated patient care.
• Utilize Athena EMR for accurate documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement and educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.

Requirements

• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Arizona.
• Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing with accepted healthcare plans.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
