Primary Care Physician

We are actively seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our healthcare team in Boston, MA. As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive and compassionate primary care to a diverse patient population.

Job Description

• Serve a patient panel and conduct outpatient visits within our Patient Centered Care Model
• Ensure effective communication with patients and facilitate safe transitions of care
• Make referrals for specialty care and assess health risks
• Advocate for disease prevention and adhere to evidence-based medical practices

Requirements

• Current MA MD/MO license
• DEA, Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration, and BLS required
• Board Certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
• Experience with a community health center population and practice setting preferred
