Join our Cathedral City, CA team! This full-time Psychiatry opportunity offers a salary range of $354,000 to $380,000, along with a $30K sign-on bonus. You will be delivering comprehensive, integrated mental health care services within a mission-driven, outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting, focused on improving community behavioral health outcomes and providing accessible, patient-centered psychiatric care.

Job Description

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Manage pharmacologic treatments
• Provide supportive therapy for patients with diverse behavioral health needs
• Collaborate with clinicians across primary care, social services, and behavioral health to improve outcomes through a team-based, trauma-informed approach

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted California MD license
• Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Valid DEA registration
• Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
• Experience with underserved populations and FQHCs preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
