Join our team as an Emergency Medicine Physician, providing care in a dynamic inpatient hospital setting. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple sites within a short distance of each other.

Job Description

• Work dates needed: Ongoing, with cross-credentialing at all three sites in Glenmary and Blankenbaker, all within 30 minutes from each other.
• Preferred schedule: 1 day shift (7:30 AM - 3:30 PM), 1 mid shift (3:30 PM - 11:30 PM), 1 night shift (11:30 PM - 7:30 AM), or could be 12-hour shifts pending client confirmation.
• Worksite setting: Inpatient (hospital), with an annual patient volume of 15,330, ED bed count of 14, and trauma level to be determined.
• Scope of work: Emergency medicine, with an average of 1.75 patients per hour.
• Licenses, certifications, requirements: Board-certified/board-eligible, ABEM BC, ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BLS, active Kentucky license, and COVID vaccine or exemption is required.
• EMR: EPIC, with no scribe coverage.

Requirements

• Temp/emergency privileges granted for providers with a clean file and active license.
• APC hours of coverage: 8 hours daily Monday through Friday, from 12 PM to 8 PM.
