Join our team as an Emergency Medicine Physician in a dynamic inpatient hospital setting. This position offers the opportunity to work in a trauma level 3 facility with a diverse patient population.

Job Description

• Work dates needed: Ongoing. Length of assignment: Minimum 6 months, minimum number of shifts acceptable: 6.
• Preferred schedule: Shift details: 6a - 6p, 6p - 6a. (12 hours per shift) Day & night shift, full time (48 shifts).
• Worksite setting: Inpatient/hospital.
• Annual volume: 10,000 - 48,000.
• Patients per day: 27 - 131.
• ED beds & fast track beds: 38.

Requirements

• Active state license required: Yes, TX.
• Board certification required: Yes, in Emergency Medicine or board eligible or with 4,000 hours of Emergency Medicine experience.
• ATLS, ACLS, PALS completed.
• Residency completed with 2 years of ED experience.
