**Outpatient Employee Health Clinic Position**

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our outpatient employee health clinic. This position offers flexible PRN work dates from August to November 2025, with no weekends or holidays.

**Job Description**

- Work schedule options: 12:30 PM - 7:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM
- Conduct annual exams, medication refills, labs, EKGs, acute care visits, and physicals
- Manage testing and see 2-3 patients per hour
- Patient population: 2+

**Requirements**

- Active Kentucky license
- BLS and DEA certifications
- Must be board certified
- Experience with EMR: EPIC / paper charting
