Due to growth, Crossover Health is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner for our Fidelity Primary Care clinic in Merrimack. The clinic is open Monday to Friday, so must have free availability during these hours (we are not open on weekends and evenings).

Job Description

• Provide high-quality patient care in a primary care setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient management

Requirements

• Must have a valid Nurse Practitioner license
• Previous experience in a primary care or outpatient setting preferred
