Job Description

• Provide blowouts, styling, and finishing services tailored to each guest
• Perform scalp treatments designed to support long-term hair health
• Build strong client relationships by delivering an exceptional salon experience
• Recommend professional products and educate clients on at-home care routines
• Keep your station and salon space organized, clean, and welcoming
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

Requirements

• Pennsylvania Cosmetology License (required)
• Skilled in blowouts, finishing, and styling for different hair types
• Passion for guest experience and building a loyal clientele
• Interest in advanced scalp therapy and modern beauty trends
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends is a plus
• Energetic, professional, and team-minded personality
