Family Medicine APP

Join our team as a Family Medicine APP in coastal South Carolina. The Family Medicine APP will provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care services. The APP will coordinate care with specialists as needed, primarily serving adult and geriatric patients, with some pediatric cases. You can expect to see an average of 18-22 patients per day.
