Job Description

• Single specialty group employee, outpatient only. No call.
• High earnings and great work-life balance.
• The Comprehensive ACP, reporting to the Market Medical Director, will be an integral part of the clinical team.
• Responsible for seeing our highest priority members either in-center or through the Doxy.me telehealth platform and closing all remaining care gaps for the calendar year.
• 1-2 days per week can be done remotely; other days float between local offices.

Requirements

• Candidates must have either Medicare Advantage HCC or HEDIS coding experience to be eligible for a panel interview.
