Job Description

• You'll join a small team of 2 anesthesiologists and 4 CRNAs in a collegial, low-acuity environment
• Practice at a non-trauma hospital with no cardiac cases; primary mix includes general surgery, GI, and OB
• 4 ORs plus surgery center; CRNAs handle GI ablations independently

Schedule

• Call burden includes 1:14 first call, 1:16 second call, 1:5 day call, and 1:5 weekend call
• 48-hour call rotation with no formal shifts; work until cases are completed
• OB coverage is infrequent and manageable
• Predictable schedule with minimal night disruptions

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary of $700,000 with ownership potential after year one

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology
• Mid-career preferred, ideally with leadership aspirations
• Comfortable with general anesthesia, OB, and oversight of CRNA team
