Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)

Join a collaborative rural healthcare network in western Minnesota as an advanced practice provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant). This float role provides the unique opportunity to work across a Critical Access Hospital Emergency Room and multiple primary care/walk-in clinic locations. Ideal for providers who value autonomy, enjoy rural medicine, and are comfortable practicing independently across emergency and primary care settings.

Job Description

• Emergency Room coverage: one weekend per month
• Walk-in clinics across the network
• High level of professional autonomy, particularly in the ER setting
• EPIC utilized across all clinical locations
• Full-spectrum care across all ages

Compensation and Benefits

• Strong base salary based on years of experience
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance

Requirements

• Experienced NP or PA comfortable practicing independently
• Background in emergency medicine is required
• Experience in rural or broad-spectrum primary care is a plus
